Sleepstorm's fourth album full of impact

Looking back wistfully, Sleepstorm delivers a solid rock album full of screaming guitars and roaring bass. Theeleven songs are found in a years old pile of demos. Musical ideas from the time they presented them selves as an alternative rock band, well before their first CD. Compositions that never saw the stage, but now, completed, are very worthwhile.

Music videos

An ambitious plan to accompany all songs with a video has taken almost two years. The result is a fantastic playlist of mostly animated movies. Every Thursday night in the eleven weeks leading up to the release, a music video premiered on YouTube.

Personal words

"For me it was a journey of rediscovering the early days of Sleepstorm", says Bas van de Wiel. "The music videos are the creative icing on the cake."

Martin Jan van Dalen thinks: "It was amazingly easy to edit demos from 10 years ago into full-fledged productions. It's actually nice working on those heavier songs again."

"It's surprising how the songs turned out with vocals, since they were instrumental for years. And of course it's ideal music for on the road", adds Michel Cerrone.
